The clinic was set up 13 years ago by Jon Eyres, a Registered Osteopath since 2000 and Chartered Physiotherapist since 1988. The clinic has grown thanks to support from the local GPs, Consultants and word of mouth through grateful patients. A key success of the clinic is keeping people out! Our intention is allowing patients to understand the nature of their condition and, once treated, how best we could help them prevent it happening again. This comes best from listening to our patients and tailoring the post care advice to their lifestyle and needs.

As the clinic continues to grow, we have expanded to the Surgery at  Bishops Waltham, working closely with the resident General Practitioners.

Jon Eyres

Jon qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1988 and then as a Registered Osteopath in 2000. His main interest is in sports injuries, with a strong focus on manual techniques. He is a member of Hardley Running Club, completed the London Marathon in 1996, swims and cycles regularly.

He is one of only a handful of therapists in UK using The Graston Technique, a groundbreaking technique from the USA, to resolve chronic musculoskeletal conditions and is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.

Jon also uses The Dorn Method, a gentle and very effective treatment for back and joint pain, which is extremely safe and involves no forceful manipulation of joints.

Recently Jon has begun using The Sarah Key Method, an effective way of diagnosing and treating spinal pain and restriction. It is of most use on chronic spinal restriction.

Jon will tend to mix disciplines, incorporating Osteopathic and Physiotherapy techniques, as well as acupuncture and chiropractic approaches.  He will tailor these in a way that will ensure that the patient receives maximum benefit as quickly as possible. Patients are always shown home exercises to increase the effectiveness of treatment and prevent a recurrence of their condition.
